What goes in it
- The problem your customer has, in one shot or one line.
- What you do about it, shown more than told.
- Why you: the people, the place or the way you work.
- What to do next: book, visit, call or order.
Length
Website visitors give a video less time than you'd hope. A homepage video works best when it gets to the point fast. If you have more to say, make a longer version for a dedicated page and keep the homepage cut short.
The footage that helps most
- You or your team talking about the work, with clear sound
- The work itself: hands, tools, products, customers being served (with their permission)
- The place: the shop front, the counter, the van, the site
Branding
Your logo, colors and fonts go on titles, captions and the end card. If you don't have a brand kit, we'll set a simple one from your logo and keep it for later videos.
Questions
Do you need a script?
No, but notes help. Tell us the three things a viewer must learn, and we'll find them in the footage.
Can you add music?
Yes, from a licensed library. Tell us the mood, or send tracks you like as a reference.
One shoot, every format. Tell us what you filmed and where the videos will run, and we'll quote the whole set.
